Food was excellent and evident that meals are homemade. Side portion sizes are very generous, we particularly enjoyed the brisket, side salads (both) and mac and cheese.

Great local BBQ joint in Victor, ID! Their service is top-notch, casual & family-friendly environment so it's easy to relax and enjoy yourself. The Burnt Ends are to die for and the Prime Rib Sandwich is melt-in-your mouth. The patio is a perfect lunch spot in Victor during the summer! Draft beer, TV's, daily soup and reasonably priced.

We used Big Hole BBQ to cater our wedding this summer, and it was fantastic! I was nervous about doing this instead of a caterer, but everyone loved the food and it was very affordable and delicious. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed a lovely trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton NP. Our absolute favorite food of the trip was Big Hole BBQ in Victor. We stopped here once on the way to a hike and then returned another day because it was SO delicious! The Shrimp Tacos were amazing, the Mac and Cheese was divine, and everyone thought the pretzel was outstanding! This place is a 10 out of 10!

The BBQ experience was a feast for the senses, beautifully decorated with vibrant art pieces available for purchase. However, the true highlight was the food. The ribs were phenomenal—tender, juicy, and falling off the bone without being soggy. While the brisket was excellent, the ribs truly stole the show. The Cuban sandwich was also amazing, and the Caesar salad was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of dressing and cheese. The most unforgettable dish, however, was the mac and cheese—easily my all-time favorite. The BBQ was so exceptional that I had to ask for a pint to take home. I only wish it were closer so I could return more often.

We recently picked up dinner take out from this place and everything tasted great! The food was prepared very quickly, and we really enjoyed every dish. The location was also easy to find, which made the whole experience even smoother. One small note: we were a bit surprised by a 15% to-go fee. While it wasn’t a big deal for us since we only ordered four items and enjoyed the food, it might catch other customers off guard. We were told the fee applies to orders over 100, but our total was under that before the 15% was added. Just something to keep in mind for future takeout orders. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely come back!
